1What Information We Collect

TechFasta collects only the minimum personal information required to create your student account, match you with your cohort study group, and deliver our 12-week intensive engineering studio:

Account Identity: Full Name, verified Email Address, and salted cryptographically hashed password.
Cohort Coordination & Contact: Phone number / WhatsApp contact for weekly Google Meet live studio links and mentor office hours.
Demographics & Career Goals: Country / Location, Age Bracket, Tech Experience Level, Career Goal, and Referral Source.
Profile Photo (Optional): Real photo uploaded at your discretion. If left blank, initial avatar initials are generated.
Academic & Financial Records: Enrolled courses, assignment submissions, lesson completion progress, tuition transaction references, and certificates earned.

2Why We Collect Your Information

Academic Studio Delivery

To enroll you into curriculum modules, provide mentor feedback, and track your capstone project defense.

Cohort & Mentor Coordination

To dispatch verified Google Meet links, WhatsApp peer group invitations, and calendar schedules.

Tuition & Certificate Verification

To verify bank transfer tuition payments and generate cryptographically verifiable graduation certificates.

Security & Account Recovery

To send single-use 6-digit email verification codes (15-minute expiry) and authorized password reset tokens.

3Zero Data Selling Commitment

TechFasta operates with absolute data integrity. We will NEVER:

Never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details or email address to third parties or advertisers.

Never expose your email address or personal contact numbers publicly on the website.

Never send spam or unsolicited promotional emails outside official TechFasta Academy communications.

4Transactional vs. Optional Communications

Essential Transactional Emails: Account verification codes, password reset confirmations, tuition receipts, and live class calendar invites are mandatory for academy operations and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

Optional Announcements: General tech newsletters and hackathon invitations respect student communication preferences.

5Your Rights & Data Deletion
